Service Description

AI FindTalent provides AI-powered recruitment services including candidate sourcing, ranking, and outreach automation. Our services are designed to help companies find qualified candidates more efficiently.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Respect candidate privacy and consent requirements

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Limitation of Liability

AI FindTalent's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data and we will delete your account according to our data retention policy.
